Free standard shipping on all orders worldwide
Dispatchment time: All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase. They will be dispatched directly from the Netherlands or Australia.
PLEASE NOTE: SUNNY CORDS cannot be held accountable for delays in shipping times as these are just an estimated time frame and can often exceed the time advised by Australia Post and Post NL.

SUNNY CORDS is not responsible for any duties and/or taxes imposed. We are not responsible for any items held or detained by customs. It is advised that the customer contact their customs office to enquire about any taxes, duties or import regulations before ordering.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
What if you are not completely satisfied with your Sunny Cords? Or what if you you rather have just received that other design? No problem! :) You are most welcome to exchange your Sunny Cords or get your money back within 14 days of receiving your order.
When returning your order, please contact email@example.com with the order number stated in the subject. Let us know what you would like to return, the reason for your return and whether you prefer to exchange your item (s) or request a refund.
Please be aware of the following requirements:
- You have the right to return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order
- Products must be unworn and unused
- Products must be sent back in original condition and original packaging
- Shipment costs are the customers' expense
- SUNNY CORDS has the right to refuse a refund when there are obvious signs of the product(s) being worn/used or damaged
- Write the order number clearly visible on a return envelope
- The money will be refunded to your account within 14 days
If you have received the incorrect item or an item that is faulty please notify us immediately via email and we will ensure that your order is fulfilled correctly. In these situations, SUNNY CORDS will bare all return shipping costs
