Dispatchment time: All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase. They will be dispatched directly from the Netherlands or Australia.
PLEASE NOTE: SUNNY CORDS cannot be held accountable for delays in shipping times as these are just an estimated time frame and can often exceed the time advised by Australia Post and Post NL.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
- SUNNY CORDS does not offer refunds for change of mind, although if you are unhappy with your order we do offer exchanges, please email us in order to lodge an exchange inquiry. You must notify us via email within 5 days from receiving your order.
Package must be shipped using a traceable method (tracking number), SUNNY CORDS is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning the product.
Customers will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping when exchanging or refunding.
Exchanges will only be accepted for items in their original condition and packaging. SUNNY CORDS holds the right to refuse exchange for damaged or mistreated items
If you have received the incorrect item or an item that is faulty please notify us immediately via email and we will ensure that your order is fulfilled correctly. In these situations, SUNNY CORDS will bare all return shipping costs
All sale transactions are final and thus are not eligible for exchange unless deemed faulty or damaged due to a fault of our own
